Sapota/Sapodilla Milk Shake

Sapota is a tropical fruit and very rich in Iron. See the nutrition facts in the below link

Ingredients:
2 Sapota/Sapodilla
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp sugar
Blend all the ingredients and serve chill.
