Mango Rasayana

Ingredients:
3 Mango(Peeled and smashed, disgard the seed)
3 tbsp Jaggery powdered.
1/4 tsp cardamom powdered
pinch of salt
1 cup grated coconut
Water
Blend the grated coconut and extract milk. In a serving bowl, add jaggery, cardamom, smashed mangoes, salt and coconut milk and mix well. If required add water/ milk and serve.
